Nikon a le plaisir d’annoncer le retour des Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards, le grand concours international de photos humoristiques d’animaux sauvages.

Overall Winner

“High Five” is a perfectly timed capture of a gorilla dancing through a forest clearing, taken in Rwanda earlier this year. The comical photograph stood out among a record-breaking 10,000 entries from 109 countries – the highest number in the Awards’ illustrious eleven-year history. From this extraordinary collection, 44 of the very best entries, including videos, were shortlisted for the judging panel to select their favourites. The competition was as fierce as ever; however, Mark’s photograph emerged as a clear favourite among the judges – with the shot also claiming the Mammals Category Award.

À propos des Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards

Né du profond amour de la photographie animalière et artistique, le concours Comedy Wildlife a été lancé en 2015 sous la forme d’une compétition amusante et ludique, avec en son cœur une mission importante. Créé par Paul Joynson-Hicks MBE et Tom Sullam, il est depuis devenu un prix de renommée mondiale, touchant des milliards de personnes et porteur d’un message essentiel en matière de préservation de l’environnement. Nikon est devenu partenaire en 2024, et le concours a été rebaptisé « Nikon Comedy Wildlife Awards ». Chaque année, 10 % des bénéfices du concours sont reversés au Whitley Fund for Nature pour soutenir son initiative Next Gen.
